Exchange Hotel Kilcoy
09:00 – 11:00
Mid Year 86 BRZ 10th Birthday Cruise! 5th June 2022 It's 86/BRZ's 10th Anniversary. Let's celebrate with a cruise! Join us for one of our biggest social events / cruises of the year. We are starting at the Cashmere IGA Carpark (Look for the QLD86BRZ Flag) then making our way out to Samford Village via Winn Rd then over Mount Glorious and onto Esk - Kilcoy Rd, ending at Exchange Hotel Kilcoy for Lunch!  A Google map route is available at the link below  IGA Cashmere to Exchange Hotel Kilcoy via Winn Rd https://goo.gl/maps/a3Ld2YECrYEWkyVJ8 Exchange Hotel Menu - Here General Notes for the day  This is a CRUISE not a Rally, there are no prizes for getting to the Venue first. All attendees should adhere to all road rules and obey all signs, speed limits and drive to the conditions.  Please be respectful when leaving our starting and end points, your behaviour reflects on us as a Club. The roads on our cruise are winding and fun to drive but also be aware that the recent weather has opened potholes and broken the surface of the road. Take it easy and keep a safe following distance. Maintaining a good following distance also allows for more flowing traffic through the winding sections of road  Parking at Cashmere IGA - Look For our Flag in the carpark and fit in where you can! Parking at the Exchange Hotel - Please utilise the streets & service roads around the venue for parking. There is a limited amount of parking spaces in front of the venue and these will fill up. Seib St also has no standing line to be aware of. See Picture for more details of available parking at the Venue in the facebook event here. We will be having lunch in the Beer Garden at the Exchange Hotel. This is a semi covered area.  Merch -  We have a new Club logo celebrating 10 Years of the 86 / BRZ! We have got some new stickers coming and also shirts with the new Logo! Get in quick we have a limited first run! Check them out below https://qld86brz.com/public/shop/products/10-year-anniversary-t-shirt https://qld86brz.com/public/shop/products/10-year-anniversary-club-sticker  We will have some merchandise on hand but in order to avoid disappointment we recommend you preorder your merch for pickup at the event! The new BRZ is a classed as “performance vehicle” (2.4L engine!). Show and Shine We have the opportunity to display in 20 member cars in the forecourt area of the Dealership.  If you would like to nominate to show your car please grab ticket below (free!). You will need to arrive at 9.30am and be at the event until 1pm when we wrap up. All 86s and BRZs welcome – modified or stock ok! We will review all requests and confirm with you prior to the event if you have been chosen to display your car at the front of the dealership. City Subaru will also have a number of 2022 BRZ customer cars to view (no test drives) pending delivery. One of our newest members and City Subaru Business Manager, Caleb Prescott, will have his slick new ride on show too.
