It's time for one of the big ones! Another year has come to a close and we are excited to announce the End of Year cruise for all club members.
Join us again for one of our biggest social events / cruises of the year. We are starting at mycar Capalaba for the pre-cruise meet (Look for the QLD86BRZ Flag) then making our way down to the Bearded Dragon Hotel in Tamborine. The first leg of the cruise will take us down West Mt Cotton Rd and Stapylton Jacobs Well Rd until Bunnings Oxenford, which will take us along Tamborine Mountain Rd to the Bearded Dragon Hotel for lunch. This is a CRUISE not a Rally, there are no prizes for getting to the venue first. All attendees should adhere to all road rules and obey all signs, speed limits and drive to the conditions.
Please be respectful when leaving our starting and end points, your behaviour reflects on us as a Club.
Some of the roads on our cruise are winding and fun to drive, but use common sense and stay safe. Take it easy and keep a safe following distance. Maintaining a good following distance also allows for more flowing traffic through the winding sections of road.
Parking at Capalaba regional park - Look For our Flag in the carpark and fit in where you can. There should be a decent amount of space, but it's still first in best dressed!
Bunnings Oxenford - This will be the midway stopping point to allow everyone to catch up or join us half way through the cruise. Parking here will come down to wherever we can fit.
Parking at the Bearded Dragon Hotel - Head down the entrance and park in the back paddock. This will provide us with plenty of space to get everyone in, and give us a nice opportunity to have group photos before lunch! Please be mindful of the grass!
We will be having lunch in the beer garden area of the Bearded Dragon Hotel.
