2026 Annual General Meeting

Our 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at GPC commercial again this year. We will also likely be doing a cars and coffee beforehand so watchout for the details on that.

The agena for the AGM will be as follows:

• Welcome from the president

• Presentation of the financial statement from the previous year

• Open forum for members to ask questions and have their input into the next 12 months

• Voting for board positions

Any current paid member can nominate themselves or another member for any board position. The list of positions and their responsibilities can be found here
